Meet our team: Director of Customer Success Jillian Dutson

Posted by Drew Chambers on Dec 4, 2019 8:15:00 AM

Our new Director of Customer Success on what it's like to manage the efficacy of Corus implementations with clients, run a farm, and of course, read Curious George.

What brought you to Corus?

After the first conversation with Jason, the CEO, I knew Corus was where I wanted to be. I have always really enjoyed roles where data analysis and client relationships were key parts of my day, in the Director of Customer Success role, I get ample exposure to both to keep my gears going.

Killarney National Park Ireland Jillian DutsonWhat were you doing prior to Corus?

Prior to Corus, I was working at a full-service marketing agency as a senior marketing specialist/director of accounts. I was responsible for client management, hands-on digital advertising execution and client strategy.

What's the most exciting part of your job with Corus?

Showcasing a great platform, and working with smart, driven, forward-thinking clients!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love to travel with my husband, be outdoors, take care of all of my animals on my hobby farm, go to sporting events, kayak, run and the most recent addition of what I enjoy is being a mom.

What are three books you'd recommend to people?

Professional: Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman

Personal (murder drama): Two Can Play by Kate Kessler

My favorite to read to my daughter: Curious George
